why is DroboPro/Dashboard filling OS X console log with lots of errors?

Can anyone tell what these mean? Is this related to the performance problems reported in other threads? The console log has 41914 lines like this for just today, 8/20. WTF? #FAIL.

it’s always been like this and it’s completely uncalled for. Unless there was a switch which we could turn on “verbose logging”.

I’m seeing the same stuff in my logs as well. DRI: please turn off debugging or at least let us set the verbosity level as manfredell mentions.

Switcher, please give us some more data. In particular, is this via iSCSI? What kind of machine/OS?

Does it continue if you Quit Dashboard? That makes me think – I can’t remember whether, during my performance trials, Dashboard was running or not. One more thing to try, if and when I can get the 1.1.2 to download. ;-(

We are aware of this situation and are actively investigating it. Though this might be annoying, it is cosmetic only and does not affect the performance of your Drobo or DroboPro. Thank you for your patience while we fix this in a future release of Drobo Dashboard.
