I get an error when trying to go from 1.3.0 so support tells me I have to do it manually. Fine I don’t mind but the link the site tells me to get the firmware from only has the dashboard download and some user manuals.
It is rather frustrating as the dashboard tells me everyday there is an update. (Yes I know I can turn that off)
Can an admin point me in the right direction?
I know I am not the only one with this frustration.
