Hello, I’m not a techy person but need to update the firmware on my 2nd Gen Drobo.
In this link, do I select the Elite or Pro? How do I know which one mine is?

Also been having a mounting issue… support told me it could be because I was low on space (yellow warning). I’ve replaced a drive and it’s taking 40+ hours to protect the data. Which also means I am without access to my drive because it won’t mount for this time.
Wondering if perhaps the firmware is also an issue.
Running OSX Yosemite.
