After upgrading both my iPhone and iPad to iOS 10, neither will sync with the Transporter devices I have. The app stalls on “Calculating number of photos/videos…” (as seen in the attachment) and never moves from there, even when left on overnight with a solid wifi signal.
All other functions appear to be working normally.
I’ve uninstalled and re-installed the application on the iPhone to no effect.
Phone is an iPhone 5S, running iOS 10.0.1 with the Transporter app version 4.1.8
At least I can still plug in via USB and drag-copy, but annoying.
Have the same issue on iPhone 6sPlus. My last upload of photos occurred the day before the release of iOS 10. My phone will not upload photos to transporter like before the update.
I actually got an email from the Transporter Engineering team at Nexsan - they know about the issue and are trying to confirm that it’s on both iPhones and iPads, and the fix is over two weeks out.
Bug has been squashed and the issue is now corrected. I just installed the Transporter (v: 4.1.9) app update for iOS 10, and photo sync now works again.
