I’ve got a Drobo FS running firmware (1.2.6) and running Dashboard version 2.5.2. Only now realized there was 2.5.3 available for it.
I have ONE computer that had the original setup done on it and it connects to the drobo just fine. All other computers in my office are not able to connect as an admin through the dashboard even though I know for a fact the password is correct.
So I tried changing the password through the dashboard on the computer that IS able to connect fine. It looks like everything goes through fine but it doesn’t work. I’m afraid to log out of it on the one working in case I’m never able to connect again.
The system works fine otherwise but I really want to get this fixed in case of an emergency. Has anyone else run into this issue before? Should reapply the firmware version?
