We had a power outage over the weekend. Power was restored yesterday but we have been unable to browse any shares on our drobo. We are able to ping the device by IP and Hostname, the drobo is displayed in the drobo dashboard and we are able to log in and view settings. A support case was created yesterday and they suggested that we mount the drives via the dashboard, we followed the steps required but we are still unable to access the device. I feel like it may be a permission issue but we have reviewed the share permissions and they have not changed.
Is the local computer firewall on? Try turning it off and see if that helps.
i had this issue allso several times.
it looks like the permissions where ok but if you disable all permissions/mounts and activate them you should be able to get the connection back.
