I’ve just had the new dashboard crash mid update on our Drobopro and am attempting to submit a support ticket - and although I submitted one before, I’m now getting this error when I press submit -
Ajax data failure: Illegal parameter value

try a differnet browser?
Same error in both Firefox & Chrome. I submitted a previous ticket in Firefox without issue.
We are aware of the issue and working to resolve it as soon as possible.
