Tried to update Dashboard. Relaunch it message shows up everytime

Hi,

I tried to update my Drobo Dashboard manually from the website of Drobo.com to the version 2.6.3 on my Mac OS X Yosemite but it shows up a message (in french tho) that ask me to relaunch Drobo Dashboard because it missed some parts of the software…

Could you help me please?!

Try the manual install instead.

  1. First uninstall current version (http://support.drobo.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/649/kw/649). Restart Mac
  2. Download Dashboard 2.6.3 (http://files.drobo.com/webrelease/dashboard/Drobo-Dashboard-2.6.3.dmg)

That should do the trick :slight_smile:
