Transmission and watch-dir not working

Hi!
I’m not able to get the watch-dir to work.
This is the last 2 lines of settings.json:
“watch-dir”: “/mnt/DroboFS/Shares/Public/Downloads/watch”,
“watch-dir-enabled”: true

And this is what i get running pwd in the watch-folder:

pwd

/mnt/DroboFS/Shares/Public/Downloads/watch

And yet doesn’t Transmission autoload .torrent-files placed in that folder. If i add them manually it using web-UI the torrent starts. Version 2.84.

Any idea?

I don’t know what I did but it seems to be working… Maybe (very maybe) a restart of the Drobo made it happen…

Most likely. The Transmission json should only be changed after Transmission has been stopped and those settings will take effect upon Transmission restarting which restarting the Drobo does.

Yes… any config charges make to Transmission DroboApps… You have to Stop and Start the Transmission again… for it takes effect.
