Time Machine Issues with Drobo 5N

Time Machine couldn’t complete the backup to drobo

The Backup disk image “IMac.Sparsebundle” could not be created (Error Null).

I cannot create a backup. Any suggestions?
MAC OS 10 is current. 10.9.4
Drobo Dashboard Ver is current. v 2.5.4(69227)
