Support line woes

About 3 weeks ago, I opened a ticket, my 5Dt wouldn’t start up after I re-arranged my office.

I got a quick email with some things to try, and by removing the drives, I was able to get it to finish booting, be seen in the dashboard, to generate and send a diagnostic file, and get the configuration of the lights that was asked for.

Then … nothing. No response, no reply, no “we’re working on it”.

Has anyone else recently had any luck with Drobo support? I am beginning to be sad that I bought this, and paid for the drobocare extended warranty.
