Shares mount, but cannot see them in explorer

5N2/Windows10 -

I have been having issues mounting my shares. They are now mounted, but I cannot see them in explorer. I have upgraded to the most current 5N2 firmware. I have tried to map the drives manually. I can connect to the Drobo and I can find the shares when i try to map them, but when I click ‘finish’ on the drive assignment process, I get the message that Windows cannot find the shares and to check the spelling. BUT - the mapping process found the shares because it allowed me to select them before clicking ‘finish’. I have tried this on a laptop and desktop - same results.
