Scanning for file system corruption?

How do you scan for file system corruption on a network attached storage such as the Drobo 5N?

Can I run DiskWarrior from my Mac to the network volume?

What if the volume goes offline?
Can I connect the 5N directly to my computer to scan with a file system tool?
