Registration issues

Help! I have registered my new 5n2 and received a confirmation email but it is not showing in my account, when trying to add myDrobo I am told it is not registered. I can’t get support as it reports “not registered”, I have tried to register it to my accounrpt again but it reports “already registered”.

What now! Do I bin it?

Has anybody fixed this issue ? I’m having same issue

Error now There seems to be connectivity problems with the myDrobo servers (unable to establish a secure connection). Please check your Internet connection, and try again later.

I am unable to enter the model type. All I get is a drop down that has a check mark in it and I cant even select that. How do I move forward to get going.

Drobo has said this is there issue and trying to fix it.
