Purchased Out of Warranty Support

Just purchsased Pay Per Incident support. I assume the serial number is on the bottom of the FS unit. If not I am not sure how to get support. Thanks

Support can be reached by going to Drobo.com, under the support option select Support Portal.

The dropdown menu wasnt working so I could not reach support.
