Problems with Registration

Yesterday i bought a Drobo 5N on Amazon which was delivered today. I registered it at drobo.com and got a confirmation E-Mail. But the dashboard says my Device is not registered. When i log in at drobo.com again it shows me no registered product. When I try to register it again i got the message, the serial is already registered.
What was my fault? What can I do, to solve this problem?
