problèm account and serial

Hello, having bought a drobo 5n in March, I just registered but it does not appear on my drobo account but I received an email for registration. I had created an account on the Drobo Dashboard but having forgotten my password I had to disconnect and now impossible to reconnect. So I create an account on drobo. On the dashboard I try to connect to access the applications of my drobo 5N but the software tells me that my serial number of my drobo is now invalid and that the email address does not exist.
When I want to send you an email, your site tells me that the serial number is not registering and when I want to try to register my serial number again, your site tells me it already exists.
