Power failure during disk replacement

I had a drive fail on one of my Drobos. I was in the process of “adding” a new drive when the power went out. When the power came back on it started over, initializing the drive and integrating it. As far as I can tell all I lost was about 15 hours. Does that seem to be correct?

Yes - as long as you are observing the yellow/green Drobo lights blinking and receiving emails confirm the time to complete the data redistribution are reducing. Your data should still be available from your remaining original array but it is just not replicated during this time.

Thanks. I suspected/hoped that was the case. I’m all green now so I guess it worked, but I think I’ll run a Disk Utility first aid
