Think this feature request got lost in the migration from Drobospace. Would really like to see a way to allow us IT oriented people to see log messages and try to solve our own issues. Had a drive fail, and during rebuild, another drive had an issue (bad blocks). Had to open a case with Drobo support to figure out issue, block clone drive, then do the rebuild. This probably could have been avoided if there was a reasonable (unencrypted) log output from the Drobo. That, or make the service of decrypting and telling us that info free outside warranty. Or heck, make it some webpage we upload the diag to and it spits back important non-proprietary info that may help in troubleshooting.
