No support anymore?

I have got a replacement Drobo 5D3 because something with the power unit was defect. This already took very long (almost 6 weeks). Now I am in trouble again, as the replacement unit does not work with my set of disks. It does not recognize them. Dashboard is not working. Nothing.
The Drobo support told me after some questions about lights on my Drobo that the Drobo was working but not my disks. They asked for my phone number to call me. So I gave it to them. But nothing happened. No call, just a one line reply in the support communication.
What is going on here? After eight weeks I am in urgent need of my data/Drobo. No support anymore? Can anybody help me? Drobo simply does not react to anything I am trying to do! :frowning:
