Hi, I’ve got a DroboPro that is not recognized by my Mac or D. Dashboard.
It powers on but stops with just the green power light on and none of the drive lights are on (whether or not there are drives in the bays).
Thanks in advance for any advice.
have you also tried to power up the unit without drives? make sure the unit is off when you remove all drives.
