Need master PC to be switched on before TV can access Drobo

Hi,

I am encountering a strange problem with my Drobo.

When my PC at home is on, my TV set can browse pictures and video on Drobo NAS.

However, if I am to turn off my PC, my TV will no longer be able to access Drobo NAS.

Anyone had this experience?

What model Drobo do you have?

Assuming you have a DroboFS, what DroboApp are you running that would provide DLNA services? It’s a shot in the dark, but is the PC running a program that’s serving the NAS content to the TV?
