Hello, I am not having much success getting an RMA for an unopened Drobo.
We made a mistake a thought all the models contained an Ethernet port and here the DT does not.
We created a support ticket and it was escalated but no further response.
Any ideas how to get an RMA for a brand new unopened Drobo from the Drobostore?
Is there a particular phone number or email for RMA’s?

am not sure of a specific rma number (and they may have replied back to you since then though) if you have not yet had an update, you might be able to try contacting them using the details here, depending on your location for an update)
