Is there a way to tell if my installed 128GB mSATA SSD is actually getting any use on my 5N? I’ve had mine in place for 5 years and it still shows “Life 100%”

my mSATA changed from 100% to 99% after one day. but it is still at 99% now. but i dont know a way to view the Usage of the mSATA
the second point is i dont belive the mSATA increase the speed its only a nice to have gadget
