Drobo

My 2-month old Drobo 5N2 looks ok, but not working. No response from support

I only bought my Drobo 5N2 in late April 2019 and it is no longer visible on my small home network. The lights all look ok and I can ping it, but that is all. No shares available, Drobo Dashboard can no longer see it. Telnet doesn’t work either. I registered it in April and have asked for help from Drobo, but have yet to receive a response after two weeks. Very poor indeed.
