msata does not snap into place!

I bought a samsung 850 EVO mSATA 250gb. I read that the evos worked well with drobo. When I go to put it in it slides in fine but when I go to push it into place it does not snap in. So when I let off the pressure it just returns to the angle required to insert it. I watched a video and the guy’s snapped into place. Anybody else have this problem?

hi daniel, i havent tried an msata myself though is there possibly any small piece of adhesive tape or material still attached to the msata that needs peeling off? (some devices have a small transparent plastic that needs removing first?)
