Greetings!
I have read through the few similar topics on here but haven’t had any luck. I just updated the firmware on my Drobo 5N. Everything seemed to go well but when it rebooted, there were no shares available on the Drobo Dashboard. Capacity shows that the files are there, I just can’t mount anything because Drobo Dashboard doesn’t seem to know about any available shares other than the default one “Public.” One of the previous posts mentioned something about changing the admin account name and then changing it back. I’ve played around in terminal before but have next to no knowledge of LINUX commands. I can most likely figure out how to SSH into the Drobo but from there wouldn’t have any idea how to look at a list of account names or prior admin accounts. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
