Hi there,

I am wondering if there is an easy way to mirror between two drobo 5Ns. I do NOT want to use any “cloud” based backup service.

Try the BitTorrent Sync app. It allows oneway syncing locally.

hi if you are on windows, you could also try using one of the syncback range of tools.

thats what i use to essentially mirror selected volumes and folders from 1 drobo to another (in a manual or semi-automatic way via the use of profiles.
(if you do a quick search for that here on the forum you can find lots more info about it that ive mentioned on other posts). there is a free version as well, and a couple of paid versions depending on what you need to do, but if you do try it, please test it out with a few backedup files or folders, before automating anything or doing a full sync, just so that you can become familiar with how it works.
