I’ve never worked with a Drobo before. I have a client who has a Drobo 5N and says he is having problems with it.
He says he’s mapped G: to the network share but that sometimes changes. Prior to going on-site, are there some suggestions that I should check?
Does Drobo map the drives or is that something manually done in Windows? (I know how to map a file share in Windows, just wondering if Drobo has a setting to auto assign a letter for example.)
