"macOS can't repair the disk Drobo 1..."

Hi - I’ve recently updated my Mac to OS Big Sur and when I mount my Drobo I now get the following message;

“macOS can’t repair the disk Drobo 1. You can still open or copy files on the disk, but you can’t save the changes to files on the disk. Back up the disk and reformat it as soon as you can.”

Drobo Dashboard seems to operate correctly, all 4 drives are green lit…all blue lights on, etc… and although all my files seem to be there, none of them open correctly (all photos greyed out/pixelated, videos won’t play, etc). …as well, the permissions on my Drobo seem to be set such that I am not authorized correctly …

Thanks - I had seen that link and followed some the relevant steps, but I am still running into the main issues I noted above… I have contacted Drobo Tech Support and will see if they can offer any further insight - many thanks for your note.
