I have an 810i that had 4 12TB Volumes working properly on a 32 Bit version of Windows 7 on a HDD. I changed the HDD to a SSD and installed a 64 Bit Version of Windows 7 (embedded). I installed the latest (3.4.2) Drobo Dashboard and it is connected to the Drobo (Active Interface: iSCSI).
I can see all 4 volumes but they will not mount. When I click a volume, I am prompted to select a drive letter. After selecting a Drive letter and pressing OK, I get the error message:
“Failed to mount the volume ‘Drobo 2-U-12TB’ with the following error: Operation Failed”
The Drobo and drives should be and seem to be fine. Is this error because I changed the computer hard drive and OS?
PLEASE HELP - How do I get it working again?
PS, I actually have two Drobos, but I figured I’d start with this one. Oh and DroboCare expired last year.
