Is this hard drive compatible

Hello,

Due to the current shortage I am thinking of buying some external drives and cannibalising them, the drive in side is reportedly a Samsung HD203WI, will this work with the drobo FS?

It should work, it’s a 2TB 3.5" SATA drive.

Yeah I saw that. Back in the day Drobo used to list the drives which were / were not compatible. Now they say that all work.

Make sure you test the drives thoroughly before cannibalizing them as the cannibalization normally voids the warranty.
