Internal Mount Failure, Drobo Support Failure

Internal Mount Failure document states that if my Drobo is more than 95% full that I should NOT do the steps in the document and instead contact support. I contacted support and they said to check out articles in the Knowledge base for the steps to fix the issue.

Can anyone help Drobo and Myself weed through this clusterf and actually get my drobo working again?
