I need to speak to Drobo on the phone, not email!

i have the drobo warranty, which claims on their website will get me 24/7 phone support. My drobo is broken and I need help. The costumer service email-answers are few and far between. At this point i just want to retrieve my files and back them up on a different device.
Does anyone have any idea on how to reach the people at Drobo?? Is this 24/7 phone support thing just a lie??
