How to claim a used Transporter...?

Hello,

Thanks for your time and consideration…

I recently replaced a dead Transporter (suddenly it wouldn’t power up) with a used one from Ebay. Purchased via a Goodwill seller so I can’t communicate with the first owner. When I try to claim it, I get the, “We could not find the transporter with the serial number xxxxx.” message. I’m wondering if this is because it has already been claimed. I tried a hard reset… no luck.

Does anyone have any experience with this problem?

When connected all the status lights look good.
