HDDs recommendation

Hi guys.
I know this is a common topic but I want to get your opinion on what drives to buy to replace my Seagate 4TBs. I don’t need 6TBs or higher. I am happy with the storage size I have. (20TB without the raid redundancy)
I need cost/effective reliable disks. I have used Qnap with the “failed” drives from Drobo and lately, Qnap has been my main storage but I bought 5D3 for the speed of thunderbolt but every time I have a big editing project, Drobo fails on me. Either failed drives… or constantly rebuilding.

I would first refer to the Drobo Drive Selector if they are intended for your Drobo (but make sure your read the fine print):

But importantly, avoid shingled SMR drives:
