2nd Gen Drobo, working fine for years. Turned it off for 10 minutes. Then back on. All bay lights red. Power light Red. All capacity lights (blue) on. Cannot be detected by dashboard. What do I do now?

What I did:

Drobo connected by USB to AirPort Extreme; power on + all lights red and all blue lights on. (when I posted about the issue)

Unplugged USB (no change)

Unplugged power.

Plugged power back in (USB still unplugged) … Drobo started proper boot sequence; Blue lights scanning across.

Plugged USB back in before boot had even completed … Voila! It’s back!!!
hi dug, nice one about your drobo working again.
it might have just been a loose connection somewhere, or maybe the airport extreme was conflicting somehow at the time, but if you get similar problems again though it might be worth having a look in case dashboard can show you any messages about the drives. (just in case a drive temporarily failed but recovered again)
