Will the Wester Digital TV connect and work nicely with the drobo 3rd gen?
Will it see all the hard drives?
I have a ton of videos I want to load on to the drobo…then connect the drobo by usb direct to the wd tv…and be able to access and play those video files direct.

No, the GEN 3 is designed as a Direct attach storage unit, and is designed to be connected to a PC or MAC in order to access the files. If you are looking to stream to a TV, you would need to install a media server on your PC that can point to your GEN 3, or look into getting a 5N or B800fs network attached storage unit.
