Forgot my Admin and Password. How do I reset the device?

Forgot my Admin and Password for my shares on my Drobo 5N. The data on there is only backup stuff (& I’ve got it backed up elsewhere). How can I reset the device to factory specs?

I’m in the same boat as you. I forgot all the password, I never used the device for anything. now I want to see what I threw on it. Did you find a solution to defaulting?

Both the username and password are case-sensitive. Please check to assure you have entered both correctly and that the “Caps Lock” key on your keyboard is not active.
