When I first got this FS, one of the nicest features was setting it to go to sleep and spin the HDDs down after an hour or so of idle. And, as a bonus the lights would dim too so I knew the thing was sitting idle.
Now, with the v1.20 firmware update these two settings seem to be separated. That is, we can either choose to dim the lights at levels 1-10, and we can choose how long before the Drobo spins down, but the two aren’t tied together anymore.
I liked the old feature: lights bright when Drobo active, dimmed when idle.
