Anyone got an idea how long the firmware update should take?
Mine has been running for 12 hours with the “Update In Progress - Do No disconnect this…” message displayed

something has gone wrong
you SHOULD be ok pulling it - but there is a risk!
in an ideal world - it copies the firmware- then when it restarted it uses the new rather than the old.
you may want to telephone support - but there isnt much you can do aside from restarting it

NO - CANT GET IT TO UPDATE OVER ISCSI
WILL TRY FIREWIRE CONNECTED AND REPORT BACK
oh yeah
mine never wanted to update over iscsi
usb is the best option for doing firmware updates
