Greetings,
Our Drobopro has stopped working. It went through a “data protection” phase for a few days, and since then I cannot connect to it.
I’ve rebooted it a few times. It goes through the full boot sequence, and then the power LED changes from green to orange (or amber - not sure, I’m partially color blind!).
I can ping the drobo, but I cannot ssh into it (connection refused) and I cannot connect via the dashboard.
Any suggestions?
