After changing one drive because of overcapacity, the Drobo will no longer mount.The dashboard recognizes the unit, but it will not give me accesss to the data. I have tried many things to get access to it but it seems to be insistant on connecting to ‘workgroup’ and will not allow any other network access. Even direct access.
By the way I seem to be unable to upload images of the dashboard to this forum, what am I doing wrong
