Drobo S will mount but Drobo software won't see S

I have been using my Drobo S since 2012 working well. Mac Pro Processor 2 x 2.66 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon, 5 GB 667 MHz DDR2 FB-DIMM Running 10.7.5

I replaced the system hard drive with a larger SSD drive. Had some problems and had to install a new system on the new SSD. Then copied everything to the new SSD from the old via migration.

Then the Drobo would not mount. It has been working on a eSATA cable. I changed to a USB and it would mount but the drobo software would not see it.

I tried to get help from Drobo but they would not speak with me (very frustrating). Not even for a fee? I now mounted with firewire but still software does not see Drobo.

I reinstalled the Drobo software still does not see the device.

I am getting some error messages about about 15 “Library” items that are not compatible and do not load on system startup, which is odd and new to the new SSD.

Any suggestions appreciated.

good day, i need technical support about my DROBO 5D, because 1 month ago one drive it doesn’t working and one week ago it’s failing the another one…the question is where can i get that kind of drives for to replace, in this moment i’m ubicated in Bogota-Colombia on South America and i don’t know any site where to get it…please could you tell me what information do you need for a better and early solution…thanks
