our drobo pro with 16tb will not mounted on mac os x or windows xp!
drobo dashboard says : all thing ok
but we have no access to it

Win XP won’t mount any volumes larger than 2TB.
What OS of Mac are you running.
Was the pro formatted thru dashboard?
What version of dashboard are you running?
What firmware version do you have?
Are you formatted NTFS or HFS+?
