Drobo/Mac 10.12.3 no connection

Hi there,

I hope somebody here can give me some advice.

My laptop died and I bought a new one. So I had a big step from Mac 10.6.8. to now 10.12.3.

The migrations went fine so far, but now I try to connect my Drobo 5D with my new laptop and the drobo dashboards tells me, it cannot find any drobo.

I installed the latest drobo dashboard, but am scared to do any firmware update on the drobo itself, since it is my main backup/archive and I did not set it up myself.

Does anybody has an idea how to fix this?
