Drobo lights are green but red in dashboard

Had a drive fail, reinstalled a new one and after the recovery process, I couldn’t get it to mount. Shut everything down, unplugged and restarted. Now all lights are green on the drobo but are all red in the dashboard and it shows I only have one drive installed. Also still won’t mount. I’m thinking it was not finished with the recovery? If so, do I have to send the unit in for recovery?
