my drobo suddenly started blinking red/orange and has dismounted itself from my mac. As far as I can tell there is absolutely no disk activity. The drobo is loaded with 3 1TB and one 2TB disks and is connected via firewire 800. What should I do?
Phone support - or at least submit a ticket. Preferrably, submit a ticket and phone support as it says on the website (that way the agent will be able to look up your submitted case).
Has anything changed since it was last working normally?
