Drobo Gen 2 having issues

Got a new computer, transferred my Drobo over to it. Power it on and one of the drives is flashing red (top drive). I replaced it with a 4TB. The Drobo went into data protect mode, but seemed to have stalled. I didn’t hear any drive activity, the dashboard no longer detected the Drobo. I think it was on it’s 13th day when I decided to try to power cycle it. Started working again and went into data protect again. But now all the lights are solid red and the second light is flashing red. Went to MacOS Catalina if that matters. Please help! What should I do? Thanks
