“Drobo-FS” can’t be opened because the original item can’t be found.

Help, I just turned on my Drobo FS. All of the lights on the Drobo FS are dim. the drobo dashboard shows the FS and shows it in good health. When i go to Finder to access my data i get the following error message “Drobo-FS” can’t be opened because the original item can’t be found. what is going on??? I called Drobo and they won’t help bc it is not in warranty. Please help. thank you

I’m assuming that you are running a MAC.
